Oshkosh, WI – Senator Ron Johnson made these remarks in honor of Black History Month:

“February is Black History Month. This is an opportunity to give honor where honor is due — to officially recognize the strength and determination of a group of people who have helped shape the backbone of America, to honor what they have accomplished, and to celebrate what they have woven into the fabric of this nation.

“Today and every day, we should all say thank you to the African American community for enriching our country.”
