Timeline of Trump Assassination Attempt
What Did Secret Service Snipers See?
It’s completely unacceptable how little information federal agencies have provided the public since the July 13 assassination attempt of former President Donald Trump.
I've been compiling a timeline of law enforcement's awareness of shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks. Last week, shocking new video emerged recorded by one of the rally goers, James Copenhover, who was also a shooting victim just 3 minutes after he recorded that video.
Timeline Highlights:
5:45pm - Secret Service sniper received photo and location of Crooks
6:08pm - Copenhover video shows Crooks moving along ridge of AGR roof
6:11pm - shots fired
We need to know what Secret Service snipers saw and did during this 26 minute time period. Did they see what Copenhaver’s video captured at 6:08pm — Crooks moving on AGR’s roof?
The Committee needs to interview the Secret Service counter sniper teams ASAP.

Whistleblowers Needed
I urge all whistleblowers in the U.S. Secret Service to contact my office. We need all the facts about the July 13 assassination attempt.

Questioning Secret Service
I entered that timeline into the official record on Tuesday, July 30 during a joint Senate committee hearing before members of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and the Committee on the Judiciary.
I also questioned Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Deputy Director Paul Abbate about the security failures at the Trump rally.
Transcribed interviews with Secret Service personnel must be conducted ASAP. We're still asking questions that should have been answered days if not weeks ago.

Joseph Project Travels to MMAC
The July class for Milwaukee's Joseph Project took a field trip to the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) in downtown Milwaukee for an alumni panel and film screening.
The 158th Joseph Project class watched a preview of the documentary Liberty at Stake: The Joshua Glover Story and also heard from past participants of the Joseph Project who are now enjoying successful employment.
The Joseph Project started in 2015. There have been 1,044 graduates, and 70% find work after attending the one-week program which prepares people for interviews with companies who are looking to hire. The Joseph Project also provides transportation which is often one of the barriers for work. Since 2015, Joseph Project participants have contributed to the Wisconsin economy with $41 million in earnings and $65 million in taxpayer savings.
- There is a new Joseph Project Class 159 starting this week in Milwaukee. Interested participants are invited to 5401 W. Center Street every Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. to learn more.
