WASHINGTON – On Monday, September 23, 2024, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) will lead a roundtable discussion titled, “American Health and Nutrition: A Second Opinion.” Sen. Johnson and a panel of experts will provide a foundational and historical understanding of the changes that have occurred over the last century within public sanitation, agriculture, food processing, and healthcare industries which impact the current state of national health.

Calley Means

Calley Means is the co-founder of Truemed, a company that enables tax-free spending on food and exercise. He is also the co-author with his sister, Dr. Casey Means, of Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health, which debuted at #1 on the NYTimes and Amazon lists. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant for food and pharma companies and is now exposing practices they use to weaponize our institutions of trust. He recently started an advocacy coalition with leading health and wellness companies called End Chronic Disease to lobby for change. He is a graduate of Stanford and Harvard Business School. 

Mikhaila Fuller

Mikhaila Fuller is a podcaster, lifestyle and diet blogger, the Co-Founder and CEO of Peterson Academy, and the Founder of Fuller Health and The Lion Diet. The Lion Diet is a therapeutic and plant free ketogenic diet that can be used to treat autoimmunity and psychiatric disorders.
